Hi, I'm Sam
I kicked off GGRY as a freelancer back in 2016, with a background in graphic animation and marketing and a hunch that small businesses like mine needed top-notch, engaging video too, made properly and made for them.
Our "team" has grown from just me to a dedicated crew of five: voice-over experts, talented illustrators and audio whizzes, each a specialist in their field, working together seamlessly. We're serious about quality but not too serious about ourselves, so expect VIP treatment without the grey, corporate vibe.
And I can't forget my wife. Without her daily constructive feedback and support, GGRY wouldn't be what it is today. She could probably run the business herself.
When we're not making videos for clients, we build things of our own. The latest is MileMind, an iOS app that helps UK drivers track what their cars actually cost, from lease mileage to fuel. Turns out years of making complicated things simple for other people works quite well on your own ideas too.

One fixed, all-inclusive price: if we've quoted it, that's what you pay, even when a project takes us longer than we hoped.

If an idea won't work on screen, we'll say so early and suggest something better, rather than animating a problem.
Finished means finished
Unlimited amendments exist because "nearly right" isn't worth publishing, so we keep going until you're delighted.
How your video gets made
Producing a beautiful video is not the work of a moment, but for the team it's our passion, and you sign off every stage.
Write the script
You know your project best — send a rough draft and an explanation of the product, service or brand, and we shape it into words that sell.
Storyboard
A static image of every scene in the video. Change anything you wish at this stage — we only proceed once it meets your vision.
Animate
The exciting part: the artwork comes to life, and once it's perfected we add the voice-over with precise timing.
Audio & delivery
Music, sound effects, final checks, then rendering (usually about eight hours), and your files arrive with tips on where to post them.
