Simplicity is the key to our pricing structure, and we've had many positive comments from delighted clients who agree. You pay a set rate per minute of video, everything included, and because we offer unlimited amendments (experience tells us there'll be a few in every case), you pay only what we quote you. Nothing more.
We generally find videos to be up to two minutes. You don't want to put your viewers off with lengthy productions. If you need a longer production, perhaps an educational video, talk to us and we'll put a custom quote together. We believe in fair pricing for quality results, and we guarantee both.
Pricing questions, answered
Is the price really all-inclusive?
Yes. Script support, storyboarding, character design, animation, voice-over, music and sound effects are all in the per-minute rate. There are no hidden costs on sign-off, mid-project, or for revisions.
What does "unlimited amendments" actually mean?
Exactly that — we keep refining until you're happy, at no extra cost. In practice most projects need a handful of tweaks, and they're already accounted for in your quote.
How long is a typical video?
Most land between 60 and 120 seconds — long enough to sell, short enough to hold attention. Longer educational pieces are absolutely possible; we'll quote those custom.
Can you work to a tight deadline?
Usually, yes. Tell us the date you need it and we'll build the schedule around it — if it needs a rush, we'll say so and quote accordingly rather than quietly missing it.
Do I own the finished video?
You get the finished files ready to publish wherever you like, along with tips on where to post them. If you have specific licensing requirements, raise them at quote stage and we'll cover them in writing.
How do payments work?
We'll set out the payment schedule in your written quote before any work begins, so there are no surprises on either side.
